1. Payment Methods We Accept
Barbiesecrets currently offers two convenient online payment methods: PayPal and Venmo. These payment options allow customers to complete purchases through established digital payment services without sending payment credentials directly to Barbiesecrets by email or other communication channels.
PayPal
PayPal can be used to complete eligible purchases through the available checkout process. Customers may be directed to PayPal to review and authorize their payment before the order is submitted.
Venmo
Venmo is also available as a payment option where supported through the checkout process. Customers can review the payment details and authorize the transaction through the applicable Venmo service.
2. Available Payment Options
The following payment methods are currently available at Barbiesecrets:

Security: Barbiesecrets does not ask customers to send PayPal passwords or account security credentials through email. Payment credentials should be entered only through the appropriate secure payment environment.
4. Paying With Venmo
Venmo may be selected during checkout when the service is available for the applicable transaction.
Customers will follow the payment instructions presented through the checkout process and the applicable Venmo payment interface.
Availability of Venmo may depend on the checkout environment, transaction requirements, account eligibility, and other conditions determined by the payment service.
Security: Never send your Venmo password, security code, or other account credentials to Barbiesecrets through email, contact forms, or customer support messages.
5. Payment Authorization
Selecting a payment method and submitting an order does not guarantee that the payment will be successfully authorized.
A transaction may be declined, delayed, reversed, or otherwise restricted by the applicable payment provider for reasons outside the control of Barbiesecrets.
If payment cannot be successfully authorized, the order may not be completed until an accepted payment method is successfully processed.
6. Order Total & Payment Confirmation
Before completing your purchase, please review the order summary shown during checkout.
Customers should verify the following information before authorizing payment:

- Applicable product prices.
- Shipping charges.

7. Payment Processing & Third-Party Providers
PayPal and Venmo are third-party payment services. Their processing systems, security procedures, account requirements, and transaction policies are operated independently from Barbiesecrets.
Information submitted through a third-party payment service may be processed according to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Barbiesecrets does not control the independent policies, availability, or technical operation of third-party payment services.
8. Payment Security
Protecting payment-related information is important to us. Customers should use appropriate security precautions when accessing online payment services and completing purchases.
For your protection, please do not provide the following information to Barbiesecrets through ordinary customer service communications:
- Payment account passwords.
- Complete payment-card numbers.
- Payment security codes.
- Account authentication codes.
- Other confidential payment credentials.
If customer service needs to verify an order, provide the order number and other non-sensitive information whenever possible.
9. Payment Problems & Failed Transactions
If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, please review the payment details and follow any instructions displayed during checkout or provided by the applicable payment service.
A failed payment does not necessarily mean that an order has been successfully placed. Customers should wait for confirmation before assuming that an order has been completed.

10. Duplicate Payment Concerns
Customers should avoid repeatedly submitting the same order when a payment screen appears delayed or does not immediately display confirmation.

11. Refunds & Payment Reversals
Eligible refunds are handled according to the Barbiesecrets Return & Refund Policy and the applicable transaction procedures.
When a refund is approved, the applicable amount will generally be returned through the original payment method when technically and operationally possible.

After Barbiesecrets processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your PayPal or Venmo account may depend on the applicable payment provider.
12. Cancellations & Payment
If an order cancellation is successfully approved before fulfillment, any applicable refund will be processed according to our cancellation and refund procedures.
Cancellation requests are time-sensitive because orders may move into fulfillment shortly after checkout.
If an order has already been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.
13. Payment Information & Privacy
Information associated with payment transactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable practices of the payment service involved.
Customers should review the privacy practices of PayPal or Venmo when using those services, as third-party providers may independently collect and process information associated with their services.
14. Changes to Available Payment Methods
Barbiesecrets may add, remove, suspend, or modify available payment methods as our payment infrastructure and business operations change.
The payment methods displayed during checkout are the payment options available for the applicable transaction at that time.
If a particular payment method becomes temporarily unavailable, customers may be asked to use another available payment option.
